Refunds

To be eligible for a refund in these cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund or send a replacement, depending on availability.

Shipping Issues

Authentic Glam Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
