At Authentic Glam Boutique, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays).

Please note that during periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended by a few additional business days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS, depending on the shipping option selected and destination.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 8 hours to become active after shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Authentic Glam Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all original packaging and damaged items, as they may be required.

  • If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately at authenticglam2024@gmail.com so we can assist you as best as possible.
